" Not really, as this is a very short call. If you would like longer calls you can try our “Be A Friend” calling service for the lonely. Those calls are set up to be longer conversations. "
Can I talk trash to the caller?
" No. Any verbal abuse of our callers will result in your subscription being canceled and no refund being given. "
What else is not allowed?
" We do not allow profanity, mean, hurtful, or sexual comments to our callers. These will result in your subscription being canceled and no refund being given. "
What kind of callers do you have?
" We do our best to hire callers that are kind, supportive and very friendly. "
Why are your prices so cheap?
" We use callers from the Philippines to keep the prices so affordable. As a result there may be some days when there is a hurricane or some kind of service outage and you might not get a call. We appreciate your patience when this happens and we will do our best to resume service as soon as we can. "

Is this a regular 7 days a week “check in” service?
" Although we will do our best to contact the individual 5 days a week who is lonely or shut in, we are not a 7-day a week “check in” service per se. This service is not designed for someone who is critically injured and needs someone calling 7 days a week to make sure they are medically okay. "
Are these calls designed to be medical check up calls?
" No. Our callers are not medical professionals and will not be giving medical advice. "
